Bill Dobbins is SVP and Head of Acquiring & Enablement at Visa, where he leads initiatives supporting merchants, acquirers, and fintech partners across North America. He is part of the NA Enablers, Merchants & Fintechs organization and is actively involved in the payments ecosystem, including serving as a member of ETA’s Board of Directors.
