Michele Herron is the Head of North America Value Added Services at Visa, where she oversees the commercial strategy and revenue growth for the region’s VAS business unit. A seasoned leader in the payments industry, Michele works at the intersection of innovation and execution, partnering with financial institutions, merchants, and fintechs to deliver high-impact solutions in issuing, acceptance and risk management solutions. She is a driving force in shaping the future of the payments ecosystem, ensuring Visa’s partners have the tools and insights necessary to lead in a digital-first world.

Michele has been with Visa 9 years and has held a number of roles across the business.  Previous to her current role, she was Chief Operating Officer of Value-Added Services where she led Revenue and Commercial Operations, including strategy, pricing, deal management, sales operations, and the go-to-market execution. 

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University and an MBA from Xavier University.
